How does Batteries.com price match guarantee work?

If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at Batteries.com and we will match the price. In addition, order will need to be for equivalent quantities or volumes of products.

Which items does Batteries.com price match?

Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including specification, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. Price matching will apply to products sporting the "Price Match Guarantee" logo next to the product. We reserve the right to call the competitor to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Which items and services aren't available for price match?

We don't price match items sold on auction sites, liquidation sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales) or deemed "As is". We don't price match taxes, shipping and typographical errors.

How do I take advantage of the price match?

1. Call our toll free number (888-288-6500) or send email request to sales@batteries.com

2. Provide our customer service representatives the competitor's web address and their corresponding item number as well our item number.

3. Once we verify the competing retail price, equivalency of the product, and any other stipulations that may apply from the competing website we will contact you to place your order over the phone.

How do Batteries.com coupons and rebates contribute to the Batteries.com price?

When calculating a price match, we'll deduct any available Batteries.com coupons, Batteries.com Rebates (instant, easy or mail-in) and manufacturer rebates from the Batteries.com price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If another company's price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company's price is $125, your price match would be $4.

Will Batteries.com match another company's price when combined with an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check or gift card,or free or discounted item?

We'll match another company's final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Batteries.com does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?

When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the company's shipping and handling fees will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against our price. If the other company's shipping and handling fees are not supplied, we will add to the other company's price.

Are quantities limited on price matched products?

We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
