At batteries.com our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days for a refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price. There are no refunds after 45 days. If the return is due to our error we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.
Returns for replacement within 45 days will be exchanged or replaced by Batteries.com.
Returns for replacement more than 45 days beyond date of sale will be handled by warranty and will incur a $5.45 handling fee.
If delivery is refused upon shipment, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.
To return a product, simply call our customer service department at 1-888-288-6500 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number any time between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern time.
When you call for the RMA, we will generate a return label and send it to your e-mail address. Once you receive the e-mail, simply print out the return label, affix it to your package and send it to us using a traceable shipper. As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS using delivery confirmation. Be sure to enclose your check or money order of $5.45 in the package for warranty replacements.
Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
