Submit Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number

Please fill in the following fields to initiate Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPROVED RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  RETURNS WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

You will need your Order ID when submitting request.  This can be obtained from the order confirmation and ship confirmation emails or from the packslip included in the shipment.

Please Note

Once the RMA request is submitted you will receive an email within 2 business days that will provide all return instructions along with your RMA number.  The RMA number must be included on the return packing label.

To ensure full credit, all products must be in original boxes or packaging, the original UPC codes on products/packaging and manuals intact.  If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be determined by Batteries.com.
